inform you that the personal data provided through the Newsletter
section will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

The email address provided by the user will be used exclusively to send
the Health Law Asia Newsletter, containing legal and regulatory updates
related to the pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare sectors in
Asia.

The processing is based on the user’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
given voluntarily when subscribing to the newsletter.
4. Data Processing Methods and Recipients
Data are processed electronically through the platform Sendinblue
(Brevo), operated by Sendinblue SAS, headquartered in Paris, France.
Sendinblue acts as a Data Processor under Article 28 GDPR, on behalf of
Health Law Asia.
Personal data are stored within the European Union and are not shared
with any other third parties nor transferred outside the EU.
5. Data Retention
Data are retained until the user unsubscribes or until the newsletter
service is discontinued.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
At any time, the user may:
