Andrea lives in China since 2014, joined the Firm in 2017 and he is the Coordinator of the Healthcare Department.
He graduated LLM in Law at Catholic University of Milan in 2001, and he was admitted to Milan Bar Association in 2004. Andrea has been dealing with healthcare law since the beginning of his professional career. Primary National Health Service Institutions, Private Hospitals, Pharmaceutical Companies, Medical Devices Manufacturers, Cosmetics Global Brands have been assisted by him. His expertise focuses on Competition and Administrative Law, Market-Access and International Trade of regulated healthcare products, and on International Cooperation in the Healthcare sector. He provides Legal advice and assistance both to Italian and Chinese companies and to public and private entities that have commercial or institutional relationships with the two Countries. He represents Italian public and private Healthcare Institutions in cooperation with Chinese Government Bodies and Chinese Hospitals.
Andrea is a member of the editing committee of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Law Journal, and he is member of Healthcare Working Group at CICC – China-Italy Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, Andrea has been always taken a keen interest in doing research and academic activities: he published several contributions and held numerous seminars on Healthcare Law; he was assistant Professor of Administrative Law at Catholic University of Milan, and he has now recently admitted as PhD candidate at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Koguan School of Law.
Luigi, Junior Partner at the Firm, has lived and worked in Shanghai since 2008 and currently serves as Head of the Shanghai Office. He graduated from the University of Bologna in 2009, following research on commercial distribution conducted at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. He has been a member of the Bologna Bar Association since 2014.
Luigi provides assistance to foreign enterprise during its operation on the Chinese market as well as to Chinese companies investing overseas. Works as consultant in relation to all the aspects concerning company law, international and domestic contract and commercial law, labour law, tax and other practice areas related to foreign direct investment. Furthermore, provides his assistance for the protection of intellectual property rights as well as other litigation procedure before Chinese or International judicial, administrative or arbitration competent authority.
Luigi works as consultant on his practice areas for primary Italian or local entrepreneur association (Unindustria, AICE, China Leather Association, Shanghai Boat Association, etc.) and cooperate as expert on Chinese Law with the Sole 24 Ore Business School.

Jeff is Associate of the Firm, working in Shanghai Office since 2016. Jeff provides assistance to foreign enterprise during its operation on the Chinese market. Works as consultant in relation to all the aspects concerning company establishment, modification, cancellation, tax and other practice areas related to foreign direct investment.
Fabrizio joined the Firm in 2024, and he is the Marketing and Communication Manager of Healthcare Department. He is a sinologist with a strong academic background in Chinese language and Asian culture. He obtained his LLM degree at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Then, thanks to his deep knowledge of Chinese culture and language, Fabrizio has been admitted first at Beijing Normal University and then at Shanghai Fudan University.
Fabrizio is responsible for all marketing and communication activities of the Firm, through our channels. He also deals with public and institutional relations on behalf of the Firm.
